haha! Matt and I have scheduled a sit down to write out all of our to-dos, today right after work. I was having slight anxiety this weekend every morning, waking up with fear and dread for all the things that have been terribly neglected.
You are not alone.
I REALLY miss my Fridays off because that day felt like a bonus day of the week and I used it to get everything I needed to get done, done. I don't know why I can't do it during the week, or why I can't do things over the weekend either, but that Friday felt so awesome to be so productive.

I TOTALLY know what you mean! Some days, I feel like the undone things on the list are starting to resemble "War & Peace" and any time now, I'm going to wake up buried in a pile of to-dos.

I will say, though: I found an extension for Google Chrome (free one) called Goal Reminder! (with the exclamation point) that, at a specified interval, will announce your recurring or ongoing tasks to you (also specified by you). I set it to 15 minute intervals and put in all those undone things, and it's *really* been helping. No more getting lost for an hour on Pinterest or something -- my browser reminds me it's time to go do something productive. :)

Funny! I have exactly the same thing planned for my upcoming 3 day-weekend and I really hope that I am not going to be lost in doing "nothing" again this time. Like always, when I am at the office I have the urge to do all those things that need to be done and than when I would have the time to do so I get nothing done...but not this time, not with me!!! (I hope! ;-))
Have fun - Irma
