This is the subfloor of the only bathroom in our house. That we renovated. That took like 2 days longer than we thought it would. That nearly drove me to the nut house.
You guys, I don't know. Last week was a rough one. Apparently my routines and regular life and house and bed and coffee pot and DVR are a lot more important to me than I realize. My in laws were so amazingly gracious to let us crash at their house all week, so it could have been much, much worse. But by Thursday I was pretty much like OKAY I'M DONE I WILL PEE IN A BUCKET just so I can go back to my house.
But. It's done now! Well, mostly. All the little things still need to be finished, installing the hardware, getting a new shower curtain, hanging some art. So probably no pictures for a while because you know making those kind of decisions takes me FOR EV ER. Also I repainted today and in my haste I didn't sand a bunch of things that needed sanding, sooooo ugh.
I feel like I learned a bunch of things about myself in the process of dealing with this, but frankly I don't really want to write it all out. Suffice to say, and appropriately enough as this is the week of Thanksgiving, that I am learning/trying not to be ungrateful and realize that just having a house, bathroom or no, puts me ahead of about, what? 75% of the human race? So that's what goes in the PLUS column on last week.
